Hi, I have purchased the item for 17, 999/- in eBay and created a claim 2029966, Since, seller has mentioned as New in description and shipped Refurbished. Hence, eBay asked me to return the item back to seller and share proof of return shipment for issuing Refund to me. So I had shared all those required documents, which is been requested by eBay. But, they had closed the claim by saying that buyer did not provided proof of return shipment. I have had attached all those documents as proof to get my refund, Kindly find the attachments and do the needful. Hence, I am escalating to get my refund amount.
