The memory card which i received was a fake forged one, it was just a plastic piece and not even a memory card! And the metal part of the sd card is not even there it is just painted in gold colour on the plastic case, it can be easily seen on the picture provided as attachment. I called the ebay customer care multiple times but even after a month i see no sign that my complaint is being looked into. I want the company to refund me the price of the product along with compensation for harassing the customer. Attachments as image files: 1.Invoice as page-1 & 2. 2. I'm glad to hear from you, actually I'm surprised to know that your Customer Support even replies to complaints!!
It took your company 10 days to deliver the product with wrong tracking details provided. Then you deliver a fake plastic piece as Memory Card and rob me off my money. Repeated call and mails to your Customer Care doesn't ring a bell in your ears! It's been more than a month and you are still working on my complaint, great! I suppose you have asked the CBI to investigate the issue under a commission set up by Supreme Court of India??
