[Resolved] Ebay.in — Sent a used product

Dear Sir,
My paisa pay id: [protected] and claim id: 2673915.
I has purchased “Kaya Skin Clinic Complexion Perfector Cream SPF25 30M” on 01 Feb, 2017.
The product is used one.
1. The seal of the item was already opened and it seems it opened many a times and now it is not sticking again.
2. Many scratches on the bottle which tells the story itself.
3. The MFD date was 04/2016 which means the product is one year old and next year it will expire.
I had created a claim on 06 Feb 2017, sent them images (attaching the images) but they are saying that those images not clear so they have closed the claim.
Kindly do needful and refund my money as soon as possible.
