"Thanks" Anil Attry [protected] महोदय, निवेदन इस प्रकार है की मैंने दिंनाक 17thOct.2015 को Ebay के ओन लाइन से खरीददारी की जिसकी पेमेंट मैंने अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड से की जिसका मूल्य 31499 था। जिसका पैसा पेय आईड [protected] था इसके पश्च्यात यह उत्पाद मुझे दिंनाक 21stOct.2015 को प्राप्त हुआ। उत्पाद मुलने के बाद मैंने उसे खोलकर देखा तो पता चला की जैसा उत्पाद मैने देखा था यह वैसा नहीं है। इसकी मैंने तुरंत Ebay में क्लेम के लिए प्रोसेस किया। जिसका आईड है 1359695 इसके बाद Ebay से मैं प्रत्येक दिन बात करता रहा तथा मझे आश्वासन दिया गया की आपका अत्पाद अवस्य वापस होगा जिसका रिकॉर्ड मेरे फ़ोन में कॉल रिकॉर्डर के द्वारा रिकॉर्ड है की कस्टमर केयर से बोला गया है की यह कस्टमर का अधिकार है की वह लेना चाहता है या नहीं या पसंद नहीं आता तो उसका पैसा वापस होगा यह Ebay की गारंटी है। आज दिंनाक 26thOct.2015 को क्लेम विभाग से मेरे पास फ़ोन आता है और उसमे मेरे तरफ कोई राय लिए बिना मेरे क्लेम क्लोज कर दिया जाता है। जिस समय कॉल आया उस समय में ऑफिस में था और भूकम्प आया हुआ था ठीक से बात तक नहीं हुई यह समय था 26thOct2015, 02:44 PM उस समय भगदड़ मची हुई थी। मैं अपनी पूरी बात भीनहीं कह सका और क्लेम क्लोज करदिया गया।इसके बाद मैने फिर से एबे को कॉल की जिसमे मेरी बात बिपिन हुई रिफरेन्स न मुझे उनके द्वारा बताया गया 1-[protected] उनका भी पुनः वाही जवाब था। मेरा बड़ा नम्र निवेदन है की कृपया मेरे क्लेम को दुबारा ओपन कर मेरा पैसा वापस करें अन्यथा में आपके खिलाफ जागो ग्राहक जागो में शिक़ायत पहले से चूका हूँ जिसका न 630942 है। अगर EBay मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं करता है तो मजबूरन मुझे ग्राहक कोर्ट में मामला दायर करना पड़ेगा। मेरे पास प्रत्येक बात करने के समय की कॉल रिकॉर्ड की हुई है। आशा करता हूँ की एबे मेरी परेशानी समझकर मेरी समस्या का समाधान करेंगे। "धन्यवाद " Anil Attry [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
