[Resolved] Ebay.in — Unethical behaviour in refunds | |||||
I ordered a phone from ebay. Recieved a defected phone which didnt work at all. They asked me to ship back the product and shipping amount will be refunded. Claim Id is 2319825. I recieved the refund but shipping amount of Rs. 410 is not reimbursed yet. It has been more than 2 months now. The customer care does not seem to care. Its really unfair that i should pay Rs 410 for a product worth 799 which i did not even recieve. I was told by the ebay team that i would get a DD but did not get. It is PURE CHEATING AND HARASSING.
