[Resolved] Ebay.in — Unethical behaviour on refund claim | |||||
Hi sir, I have purchased few items from ebay.In, which i returned after discussion with the sellers "snap-n-shop-nx" and "parshwacreation". They given their consent on phone that if i will return their items via my courier for which i beared the cost. Seller confirm the receipt of the items on phone and gave their consent to ebay claim team to refund the money. But still after 33 days, i have not received my money. I have called so many times to the ebay customer helpdesk but not received the satisfactory answer from them. Claim details are as under- Claim id claim date item no. Seller claim amount [protected].05.[protected] snap-n-shop-nx 475.00 [protected].05.[protected] snap-n-shop-nx 495.00 [protected].05.[protected] parshwacreation 399.00 Request you to help in getting my money. However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
