[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Worst Paisapay service

I tried purchasing a phone on Sale for Rs. 29, 990 on Ebay India on 25/06/2014 afternoon. I have a good user profile on Ebay with both selling and purchasing in my account with 100% positive reviews. Anyway, I click "Buy It Now" and I am redirected to the Paisapay payment gateway, input my credit card details, transaction is through and when it is redirecting to Ebay, it says TRANSACTION FAILED. But my card is charged; I get the SMS from the bank. I assume it's an payment error and try the transaction again on my laptop since it anyway said FAILED. Again, transaction failed at the final stage. There is no bought item in my profile and no Paisapay receipt or transaction. I wait until the next day, and call up Paisapay and request they refund the money back to my card. My card been charged for Rs. 60, 000 for no reason and I won't be able to use it also for other purposes. Paisapay says they need 48 hours to initiate the process and advice me that if I wanted to, I could try ordering it again using another payment method. So I create a new Ebay user ID and order the same phone whose deal is now over, for Rs. 32, 000 (thanks Ebay!! for the Rs. 2000 price increase) on 27/06/2014 (Friday). Seller promised to ship it by Saturday morning once he receives payment. But this time, the transaction is through but Paisapay says PAYMENT UNDER PROCESSING. Are you kidding me? My card has been charged and you obviously have the money, then why this? Paisapay approves the transaction late Saturday evening (28/06/2014) and the seller informs me that he can ship the phone only by Monday and I'll receive it 3 days later. Wow. 3 more days without a phone thanks to Paisapay. So, now my other card has been charged with Rs. 60, 000 which has not been refunded yet (it has been 4 days). Paisapay must be happy to hold on to my money I guess. This transaction has been delayed by 3 days thanks to Paisapay again. But I must say, the customer service guys at Ebay and Paisapay are excellent. They were very friendly and promised to get this resolved ASAP. My complaint is against the Paisapay payment gateway. If you have so many failed transactions (while charging customers anyway) and long processing time for payments (24 hours+), its about time you lost business to Flipkart and the others. I ordered on Ebay this time because the seller promised me he'd deliver me the phone within 4 business days from the transaction. Now thanks to Paisapay, another week without a phone. Please get your act together. This is 2014. Give the customer what they want.

EBay is the worst and unprofessional online store. They are cheaters & frauds, bad customer support. I will never ever shop from eBay and I advise others not to do so. PLEASE NEVER NEVER SHOP FROM EBAY OR ELSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WAITED. - 0 RATING..
