I make a claim 1949254 on eBay at 4rth may 2016. And after conversation with seller he accept the refund as item was not refurbished. But when I make a call to eBay really very embarrassing answer I got. At 27 may seller accept the refund at the portal provided for the communication with seller but bloody customer care executive making me fool that they have no update regarding it. I do not get why eBay customer care work as evil for the company till date I make so many order on different online shopping site but never face such behaviour of customer care service. They are just come to postpone you for next 3 days it's happen with me 3 time.
Dear eBay tour customer care executive tarnished your image. By making unnecessary delay in resolved issue it's a big concern so please make such check point which help your customers to feel satisfied. In fact most of the company go beyond the customer satisfaction and they work for wow factor for customers but really you need a big improvement. I am feeling that I make a transaction with a company which is following the customer care norms of early 90
