Ebay.in — Your product quality is poor

I have ordered a mobile handset on 10th feb and i received the product today via invoice number STPL/HR/OL/31086.we found the handset is not getting ON.WE ASKED FOR A BLUE COLOUR HANDSET AND WE RECEIVED A WHITE COLOUR HANDSET.we are very disappointed due to this poor quality products from ebay.
so kindly arrange to replace the product immediately.
the product was received from Sunstrike Telecom Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon.
