I’ve initiated a refund request on 11th Dec 2015 Below the item and claim details Claim ID: 1512528 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] Seller ID: cart2usa2014 Date claim opened:[protected] Got an email saying that the claim resolved / approved by Ebay guarantee team on 26th Dec 2015 and refund is initiated which will be credited to my account in next 6-8 working days. I didn’t receive my money even after 10 days, so I did contact the customer care center of Ebay India - They said that the payment status is on hold and asked me to wait for 48 hrs - Called the support again after 48hrs, they said the same answer and asked me to wait for 72hrs - Waited and called again, they gave the same answer again and asked me to wait for 48 hrs - Again Waited and called, they gave the same answer again and asked me to wait for 48 hrs Till now there is no answer or update from Ebay india team about my refund request, every time I call the support they gave me FREE SERVICE REQUEST NUMBERS, following the SR numbers SR # 1-[protected] SR # 1-[protected] SR # 1-[protected] Appreciate any help to solve this issue.
