I bought a dress from Ebay under ebay gaurantee and when I requested for a return, ebay denied saying that the productis as per description and return could not be done. The product seems to be duplicate to be as it is of low quality inspite of the dress price being very high.
When I contacted the ebay customer support many times, they had told to talk to seller directly and not bother them. They had given the seller number.
I contacted the seller and in reply I was told that ebay had taken a lot of time in processing the return and now the product cannot be returned.

It was not resolved and the customer care without asking have closed my return request complaint themselves.
Upon sending multiple emails, there was no effect. Even I made multiple calls but I was given the same response that nothing can be done from their side.
PROBLEM:
ebay has provided a platform in India wherein duplicate or low quality products can be sold at higher prices under some ebay guarantee ( which is of no use since they dont return the product) Was this information helpful? |
