[Resolved] eBay India — eBay is not ready to give me refund and closed by claim

Three months back (in the month of April), I had purchased a laptop from eBay India. When I received the laptop then it was non-functional. So, I contacted eBay and then they forced me to re-ship the product back. Now, it's been 3 months and as per their policy I must get my money back. But, instead of giving me my money back, they closed my claim just by giving a comment that "On mutual understanding between buyer and seller, closing the claim". I tried reaching them but they never gives any proper response. Neither they provide any information. Here is the details: Paisapay ID : [protected] SR# 1-[protected] Claim ID: 463864 The only email ID which I have to contact them is [protected]@ebay.com Now, I am registering a complaint hoping for a resolution. Updated by DipeshRaj Yesterday, eBay called me and forced me to WAIT. As per eBay, they are not ready to give me my money back. However, as per the commitment of eBay, I was expecting a full refund if they fail to give me the product by 30th June.

Now, they are saying that as per the policy, they cannot give me a refund and now they are forcing me to wait till August. Now, I do not want the product. I want a full refund.

Please look into the concern...
