[Resolved] eBay India — eBay is not ready to give me refund and closed by claim | |||
Three months back (in the month of April), I had purchased a laptop from eBay India. When I received the laptop then it was non-functional. So, I contacted eBay and then they forced me to re-ship the product back. Now, it's been 3 months and as per their policy I must get my money back. But, instead of giving me my money back, they closed my claim just by giving a comment that "On mutual understanding between buyer and seller, closing the claim". I tried reaching them but they never gives any proper response. Neither they provide any information. Here is the details: Paisapay ID : [protected] SR# 1-[protected] Claim ID: 463864 The only email ID which I have to contact them is [protected]@ebay.com Now, I am registering a complaint hoping for a resolution.
