[Resolved] eBay India — Er one month i didn't receive my item and money is not refunded to me. And ebay customer support not give any question answer

My product which I ordered is not given to mee after one month of order and money is also not refunded to me. I call the customer care from 25 days but no resolution from the ebay team my ebay claim id is 2513580 kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Ebay not take in mind the customer problem and no response from the ebay team I want my money back
