Hi, I have purchased a mobile phone about 1 1/2 ago which was faulty. Even though I have raised a claim and shipped the product back about 1 week ago, there is no response from them.. I have sent emails and even called them but it is so depressed and feeling harassed by ebay.in as I am not sure why they don't want to refund the money.
