eBay India — Not received product after paying online | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a product from eBay India on Oct. 27th 2015 and the Estimated delivery time was Thu. Nov. 12 till Thu. Dec. 3 2015 but I haven't received the product as yet. I had also paid for the same through Online transaction. The worse thing is I am unable to locate my shipment which reflects the authenticity of a brand like eBay. I tried calling Customer support, but they not more than a headache. In addition to that, I shooted a dozen mails but no help. Kindly help me for the same.
