eBay India — not received refund since last 3 months

I had purchased an order from ebay in february.Got wrong order. So I made claim for refund. They told me to reshipped my order and I did that. I even provided them with a proof of dispatched copy. The seller informed me that he has received my order and has asked ebay to give me my refund. He even took my account no and bank details. But its almost 3 months and still have not received any refund. They every time say that they will contact me within 48 hrs. But not once did they do that. Now I am really tired and frustated. I want my refund as well as my shipping charges back. I am not even asking for any compensation. This is really bad as they are such a reputed organization. I hope you will help me in that matter.
