I had received an empty box of watch Armani EX AX1212 Full Black Rubber strap Men's Watch and had raised a claim on ebay on 2 june for this issue.
20days have been passed still no resolution has been given on contacting ebay a call is arranged to address this is informed to me and no calls are been made.

Mr Vikram contacted firstly and told a resolution would be given in 72 hrs.

post 5 days Jitesh/Hitesh told in 48 hrs post more 4 days nadia told wait for more 48 hrs and after that no calls from ebay.
