eBay India — Purchased products damaged and now not getting refund

Dear team

Fyi... I'm neeraj kumar from jalandhar, punjab(Ph:[protected]) ..And i ordered i ball rocky headsets(Qty:2) from ebay. When i received my order, the assets i received (I_ball rocky headphones qty:2)were in faulty condition and are old and used.One headphones cushions found teared off and other has a manufacture default with a huge curve band ...Does not fit on head properly. This was an embarrassment...I didn't ever expected like this from ebay. I also have sent them the snaps of ordered material i received .


So please help me out with this, i want my money back asap. I've already claimed or filled a complaint with ebay:--

I have discussed this with ebay executives so many times but still i am not refunded.I received my order on 6th april 2016 and now almost one month is over and still i have not received my money back.

So, kindly help me out with this.
