Hi PaisaPay ID : [protected] Claim ID : 1300263 I have ordered this Dell Venue 7 3740 BlackTablet (16GB, WiFi, 3G, Voice calling) and I received tablet without SIM card i.e. without 3G-calling facility.. I have raised the complaint for replacement immediately on 1st Oct.but it took them 4-5 days to reply. Now I have asked for refund of amount and still after 25 days .. no assured and confirmatory response from ebay or seller.. Is this the way the EBAY - India deals with customer... very poor and pathetic service ..
