I purchased premium quality battery for xolo q600s of 2000mah from EBAY on April 3, 2016. On April 21 I received email from EBAY showing that the item has been successful delivered to you. But the fact is that I didn't received the item. After that I contacted EBAY care they told me to raise a claim. After that I raised claim which is yet to be processed.

Updated by bhatmudasir I purchased premium quality battery for xolo q600s of 2000mah from ebay on april 3, 2016. On april 21 i received email from ebay showing that the item has been successfully delivered to you. But the fact is that i didn't received the item. After that i contacted ebay care they told me to raise a claim. After that i raised claim & desired resolution was that i want item. After 5 days i received call from ebay saying whether i received the item or not i replied no because i didn't not received my item. Then i asked for refund. Then i was regularly contacting them & they were saying please wait for some more time and so for about 2 months passed & i neither received my item nor refund. Please look into the matter & resolve my issue as soon as possible. That will be your most kindness.
