[Resolved]  eBay — Need refund

I am having a problem regarding Samsung SD Memory card, as the shipped item (shipped on 5-feb) was not functioning properly.I have contacted the ebay they told me to contact seller and given me the phone no. And email id of the seller Mr Sukhwant Singh, seller told me to sent the item in his location(emailed the address), but now he is not sending me the new sd card not even he is replying to my mail nor ebay is replying or sending me the product nor returning money (they received item on 5-Mar), so its a humble request to help me in this concern by refundunding me the total amount of Rs. 1, 349.00
