[Resolved]  eBay — payment not received

I have ordered an earphone for samsung in earphone 3.5 mm jack ehs64 with remote mic on march 1, 2018. It shows the delivery date is between 5-march to 7-march, 2018, but till now i did not receive my product. I contacted ebay seller through phone as well as email. He told that your product is despatched, but i have not received. I paid the amount for the product through online, i do not know ebay is cheating. From this, i clearly understand that we won't pay for goods in online. They are not giving my money. My paisapay id [protected].
