eBay — Problem to get my refund

I ordered Apple iPhone 4S 8GB Verizon Wireless 8.0 MP Camera Smartphone on 4-9-2015 and due to late delivery i cancelled it on[protected] and raised my claim with claim id 1261204 .They are lingering my refund as i have called them many times and all they say is its under process.
