I have purchased a t shirt via ebay with my email id aarav. [protected]@gmail.com, but i didnt like the quality of t shirt, i contacted seller to return it, he agree to return it and commited me to refund it, now it has been more then 2 months the refund of t shirt still i didnt receive, when i contacted ebat seller mr. Tariq ahmed, sometimes he says ebay has not credited amount, sometimes he says otp of bank is not coming, basically he didnt want to return my money, help me to get back my refund
