I have bought an item anarkali chudi material from eBay in the month of July it was not described as in item description so I called eBay to return the item they told me we will refund you surely but before that you should return the item to seller as they said i return the product to the seller but still now they didn't refund me still now i called them many times but they didn't take any step to refund me pls help me to resolve this issue
