I have purchased display on 4th may 2016 but i got it damaged then i claimed for it and waiting for response i sent them all proofs pics and all in mean time my mobile were stolen by someone and i have been contacted them since 20 days and i have been talk about that issue with 7 customer service provider and they said me "your claim is under process" and after that they rejected my claim bcz my phone was switched off after that i contacted them each and every day they tell me we will call you back after 24-48 hours and i am still waiting for their call since 14 days their is no single call from them
