[Resolved] eBay — Struggling to process my refund via Ebay | |||||
I had purchase one time for which I received a damaged item. So against this I had opened a case in EBAY, and details are; Claim ID: 1336028, PaisaPay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected], Seller ID: dev-kisal. Many times I called to the customer service toll free and even following through mail. But every time I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 1 month to process the refund. If you wish, you may check with your bank using the following refund details:
Refund Reference Number: ECRP[protected]
However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
