[Resolved] eBay — Struggling to process my refund via Ebay | |||||
I had purchase one time for which I received a damaged item. So against this I had opened a case in EBAY, and details are; Claim ID: 1336028, PaisaPay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected], Seller ID: dev-kisal. Many times I called to the customer service toll free and even following through mail. But every time I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 1 month to process the refund. However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
