eBay — User has sent me wrong product.

I have purchased a laptop from eBay (Seller Name: laptop Zone, F133, 3rd Building Spenser Plaza, Mount Road ch-2). He has send me the wrong product and now he is not picking my call.
I want replacement of product, I have raised a claim in eBay guarantee, my claim id is 2057877, but it seems no action from there side too.

I have purchased this laptop on 4th of June, 2016 and it cost me around 57000 INR. It is now going to be a week and I have still not got any satisfactory solution from the seller or eBay customer care.
