[Resolved] Ebay.in — delivery of faulty product | |||||
I ordered for a xiaomi mi-4i/16gb phone online on 2nd march, 2018 which was delivered to me on 8th march, 2018. However, the product doesn't work at all. It is practically a dead product. I tried to raise a claim on their website through the link provided for the same in their delivery email sent to me. But surprisingly when i provided the paisapay id of the order (Which is what they asked to provide in order to retrieve the record), it says "record not found". How could such a company like ebay send such a product wasting a consumer's hard-earned money as if it has no value at all. I want a full refund of my money with no replacement as i have no faith that the replaced product will be genuine. Kindly help me sort the matter out and reclaim my money.
