Ebay.in — Return issue of order without any reason

This is Anil kumar shaw. I ordered an item (Paisapay:[protected]) from eBay on 17/08/2015 and it was about to receive on 23/08/2015 but due to some problem from company order was cancelled automatically then I called customer care regarding the issue they said "sorry I can't help you".Then I had to them if you guys couldn't help me then I have to help myself I have to register a complain in customer forum.They replied to this and told me okay let me check problem.After few days on 31/08/2015 I got a message from ebay your order had been shipped through aramex and sent me tracking id it was "Airway Bill Details:[protected]" and delivery date was 05/09/2015.But order is not delivered at my home till now telling that buyer cancelled the order that is not true .I have every details email from ebay about order and shipment. please have a look into the problem regards Anil kumar shaw
