[Resolved] Ebay.in — wrong and fake product delivered

Dear sir, my name is anand tiwari from morena (M. P)
I ordered two pieces of "original samsung data cable" from ebay on 4th of february 2018 (Paisa pay i. D - [protected]) and made pre payment of rs/258 by my hdfc credit card. And i got my parcel on 10th of february 2018. But i found, the product was totally fake.. It was not original samsung data cables, whereas i got 4 pieces of local and cheep data cables which are not supporting my phone, then i raised a claim on ebay on 11th of february 2018 but ebay rejected my claim on 13th of february.. Then i called on ebay customer care number ([protected]) and filled my complaint again.. But i got a email for rejection of my claim again by ebay... Please help me sir..
