I'm very unhappy with my recent experience with ebay. Bought 27 k Sony Xperia phone, turned out defective. ebay has refused to provide a refund or replacement saying that it is covered under warrany. However, Sony is also not ready to cover it as warranty is void. Had a horrible time with customer service executives, they were not able to provide any solution and I'm stuck with a defective product and money is down the drain. Had opened the resolution cases twice but they rejected it without confirming with me or providing a proper response. They rejected my claim even after I submitted the 'Dead on Arrival' declaration letter from the authorised Sony Service Centre..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
