I ordered below mentioned product from your web site. I received it 26 may evening. Details of the product as follows:

→ product - 20000 mah powerbank

→ logistic partner - wow
The product i received was duplicate and has a problem that very poor battery backup. Mainly it was not an mi product. Metal case edges were not smoothly finished. Totally i was unsatisfied by your product. Your customer care number found all time busy.
