Date of incident:-24/08/2016 Client number-[protected], [protected] Description of incident:-i have purchased it today invoice no:-oid168737. I have bought 20800 mah power bank . After charging it for 6 hours when i go for charging my mobile it is not charging not working Actually xiaomi do not make any of 20800 mah power bank by xiaomi. You are using that brand to mislead customer. O please refund it as soon as possible. Why are you taking people like me on your target of fraud? Do not mislead us. We are trying to catch them through cyber crime . This company is completely fraud and cheating innocent customers . Do not even try to visit their website and take any interest in their products .
