I just recieved the the power bank which i just ordered and is a dupicate and a faulty item . It is not the item which is show in the website. Such a sad state that the company is trying to cheat its own clients . When I plug in my phone for charging to this device it takes a lot of time charge and the cable which is recievd alon with the device also turn out to be a fake . Witing for an immediate action by the company.

We have received order by today, I was ordered 2 nos power bank + 1 other accessories, but against 2 nos power bank 1 no. Power bank received.
For your information I am attached photo of Invoice & received item.

Please solve my issues as soon as possible.

It is clearly mentioned in Good Description details that the Power bank qty. 1 Nos Only.

So request you look in to this matter and supply my balance Power Bank at the earliest.

Wish I has checked on this seller on consumer complaints before. Received the power bank today the 16th March 2017, which had its top open and the cable broken. Order # OID344580 Dated Mar 11, 2017 for Rs.899/-. No user manual, Mi packing or power adapter.

I am not planning on returns as I see from most complaints they just send you a voucher so you continue to buy their crap. Writing off Rs.900.

Will mark them spam on my email cos thats how I got lured to buying this product at low price than Amazon.

I have ordered for MI 20000 power bank from Ebazar but it was not working from day one. Ebazar exective came and taken back and got reply from customer care that they will send me a voucher for Rs.899 in place of replacement. My order ID is OID326617. after calling customer care, they are assuring me to send online voucher on my mail id but still not received and now nobody picking call on[protected] & not even on mobile [protected].

i want either money back as fed up with ebazar ninja.

The product that was delivered to me came with no instructions. It does not seem to be working properly, but I atleast wanted a phone call with a representative of the company so that s/he could guide me about the product. There is no response to my emails and phone calls. I want someone from the company to respond to my email so that I could check with them exactly how the product operates and whether there is any issue with it.

I got fake mi powerbank...slots of mi powerbank are dislocated...i got it yesterday 14 march 2017 .i got only usb cable with it and nothing else...power switch of mi was broken

I have received mi 20, 800 mah power bank against order id:- oid260355 and i found its very poor efficiency. I have been observed approx for 3-times with charging power bank completely and used to charge my mobile samsung note-5 (Battery capacity 3000mah).
At least my mobile should need to charge for 6-times but its not even lasting 2-times.
I already having mi 10400mah power bank and it will come for 2.5 times once complete power bank charged for my note-5 mobile. Finally i have observed its fake, since if it is 20800mah than if we charge it with dc 1amp adaptor at least it should charge for 21-22 hours, but i have observed with in 10-11 hours its charging.
Its really not fulfilling my requirement, actually i am frequently travelling and existing one back is less. So i gone for another higher capacity but too horrible.
Kindly consider the issue on priority and please exchange it (Or) return my money by taking it back.

The product I received on 13th March 2017 is fake. I booked with option COD. But delivery guy said no checkings allowed only payment. I paid and opened, it's just ebazar packing all over. No MI original packing. Power bank device didn't even had any packing except bubble wrapping over it. Power bank is not even original as I compared youtube video reviews on MI 20K powerbank against mine it's completely different. Different MI mark on back of device and no tech details on the device like in youtube videos MI power bank has printed details on it like 20K mah, battery capacities etc. but the device I received its completely white and plain. I was cheated. Even If I contact these guys I'm pretty sure they will not help me out. ebazar ninja cheating people may be thinking us as fools. Their customer number is continuously busy which means fake service too.

I buy MI power bank 10400mAh from eBazar Ninja online store on 02/03/2017 Invoice No- OID338443 code- 234076 VAT/TIN-[protected]. But I charge it full and then charge my mobile which is 2550 mAh it fully charge just 2 time then Power bank charge is Big Zero. After seeing this I am too much sad and think what to do. I do not want this power bank @ I want refund. please help me from this problem.

I Ordered Mi 10400mh power bank through ebazarninja, yesterday (6/2/17) evening I received that product but I found that it is fake product. The company name shows mi (co). and it is not proper packing, there is no user manual and quality certificate.Order ID is OID338603, and logistic partner is Shipdelight. The product cost 599/-. When I booked that it shows with in 48 hrs replacement but now no one is responding for that contact number[protected].

I had purchased a portable powerbank of MI 20000 mAh on 25/02/2017 whose order id is OID334262. i found lot of complaints about product as it is not working properly and product is not even charging my mobile phone for atleast 10 seconds.I found by asking to service centre of MI that product is not genuine from the company. I would like to return the product and want my money back.

Its regarding my refund/ original mi product from ebazar ninza.

I was received ordered power bank on 20-feb-2017 but as it was not original product so withing 24 hrs raised d complain for the same.
Product that i was received not original one just within polythene and no user manual and no mi name on it.

Customer care executives took my complain and arrange reverse pick up for this order and assure that i will get new product / refund for the same.
Courier person picked up the parcel on 23-feb-2017 from me and on 1-mar-2017 its received to ebazar customer care team and i have pickup
Receipt and invoice with me.

But when today i done inquiry for refund/original product customer care peoples told that my replacement cancelled due to use of fevicol on power
Bank and they will send same product. It seems they behave like fraud peoples and reason behind cancellation no one can believe.
We are customers not power bank engineers to put fevicol on power bank.

Its very sad to see such service and response from ebazar. Never faced such issue in any other online shopping portal.

Requesting all to understand and within so much short time span i can change the product.
I was reported d issue asap and return d product as well but no refund /original product from ebazar.

On 27.12.2016, i received a mi power bank 20800 mah upon ordering online (Vide oid 285519) from ebazar. Ninja for rs. 899/-. Since then this power bank is not working properly. It is unable to charge my android phone with power 2500 mah even for two times. Later, on contacting their customer care i came to know that this is not the original mi product but only an assembled one. How come they are advertising with the name mi?

During these two months, i got the same changed three times from their customer/service centre located in angad nagar, east delhi but to no avail (Names of some persons who attended my complaint mr. Parminder [protected] & manoj [protected]). Now they are advising me to go for a costlier and better brand ‘ambrane’ power bank which has a proper service centre for redressal of complaints thus forcing me to pay the balance amount. I checked the contact nos. Of the service centre of ambrane, but not one contact no. Is valid. I suspect that these people want to pass the buck over and want to wash their hands off from their liability and responsibility of providing me a proper power bank.

I am fed up by their attitude and feel cheated and harassed. I vehemently demand the refund of my money i. E. Rs. 899/- at the earliest.
