We are purchasing a 20000 my battery dated 03 nov 2016 and this product received dt 7-8 nov but after 4-5 days this product was damaged we complain 14 nov 2016 and also send the product in this office laxminagar after that multi time call and send mail but till dated not provide any solution neither refund nor replace this product please solve this problem immediately.

    They assured refund of my returned product but not refunded my money in my bank account.
    my order id is OID273020.
    almost 1 month happened today i.e. order is done about 12 December 2016. I had returned the product as the product is not as, as they committed, a duplicate product was that. so after the return of the product, they have committed to refunding my money but they deliberately not returning my money since last 20 days. kindly report this complaint and tell me a proper platform from where I can make a fraud case against them.

        This is mohan, Last 2016 December 26 th, I have purchased your product MI 20000 Portable PowerBank from Ebazar.ninja shopping site http://www.ebazar.ninja/

        → Product - MI 20000 Portable PowerBank
        → POD No.[protected]

        But MI product is damaged & fake also customer-care was cheating

        - Damaged of MI power bank
        - USB cable is not original also power bank
        - logo is not correctly in MI power bank
        - Overall finishing is not good
        - Color is not correctly instruction of MI power bank.

        No refund my money and no replacement my product.

        Kindly I request you take action on Ebazar.ninja shopping site also customer care otherwise blocked the site.

          I received the mi power bank on 02/01/2017.
          Invoice no: oid295123, code: 234076 & vat/tin : [protected]

          After checking the box when i opened it, the front and back parts are open seems like power bank is not genuine for rs 899/-. So i would like to request to refund the amount also i am not able to reach out to customer care also kindly help

It is shocking that such a product procured from reliable sources like you can stop functioning in 2 months time.                     I had purchased a mi 20000 power bank from this website which is not working. I did not even come with its casing. Have put it on charge for about 12 hours and still doesn't work. Please refund my money. Have raised a couple of requests in the website absolutely no response. Had called the customer service number a few times couldn't reach them. ***Absolute waste of money*** do not buy anything from this website..

                      I am Bablu Kumar. I am purchase ebazar ninja(Delhi) OID286446. Two power bank this product is battery backup is only 1 for hour. Charging time up to 10 hours .So I am refund to this product and give another product.

                                  I have ordered a mi power bank for rs.899 as cod and the same has been delivered on jan 2nd, i have opened the parcel and came to know that it was not box piece and the power bank was wrapped in a cover and the same is not original, i tried using the power bank but the same is not working, its not charging. Its afake product.
                                  I have raised compliant with them for the replacement or refund but there is no response.

                                  Kindly help in this regard.
