I ordered mi 10400 power bank and i received duplicate product and when i talked customer care about this they were like sir that product is original and when i said them i am already using another mi power bank it's totally different and then suddenly he disconnected the call, then i submitted an complaint then also there is no reply from them... The website showed images of original mi product due to which i proceeded to buy it.
On reception, when i opened the ebazaar packaging there was no mi packaging. It was just a fake powerbank wrapped in bubblewrap.
Ebazaar is not replying to my emails nor are they available on customer care. I do not know what to do....
