On march 26th payment was deducted from kotak card ending 2663 so far no add on card is received, no follow up from them ...
This was against add on card from Kotak, so they deducted my payment and delivered few useless items but no card has been deliverd at my end .
now kotak bank is chasing me for payments with interest and late fee too on amount of rs 7929 primary one .
please resolve it available on mobile number [protected] .

      I ordered a power bank of mi online from www. Ebazar. Ninja but the product i received was not guinine hence i raised a request for refund on 02/04/2016 and then i received a mail from their customer care asking for my bank account details and i have provided the details on 06/04/2016.

      But i have not received the refund yet. I need my refund asap as the company is not responding on my emails properly

        I don’t understand whom to address, for the faulty product received at my doorstep.

        I have complain about the same to your service department, ticket has been generated 11 days back,

        Matter of surprise started from last 3 days, your team is closing the tickets from remote location frequently, without resolving the same. Check the trail mail to understand the scenario,

        Can you pls suggest the way forward. Or whom to address this issue to get this resolved.

          I ordered 2 xiaomi power banks (20800 mah each). They have been delivered today (May 21 2016) and they are fake; order id: oid90058. I tried talking to the customer care executive and dropped an e-mail as well but in vain.

          I cross checked the device authenticity suggested on following link and xiaomi does not have a 20800 mah variant:

                Kindly refer my so many previous complaints and return parcel send on 14.04.2016. The parcel send to your address ebazar ninja plot no., 112, 3rd floor ram vihar new delhi-110092 contains 7 t shirts. On 07.05.2016 i received the parcel return in an another envelop whose pickup receipt[protected]/ ebazarninza-dfsoid62681

                I am asking your delivery boy he tells that your office not receive the parcel so it is deliver return to you. Why this will happen as i am paid to you for 7 t shirts of xxl size and you deliver me 2 xxl and rest is 1xl and 5 l size and as per my complaint you send message me that handover to your delivery partner delivery so i hand over to your delivery on 14.04.2016 and your office not received the same and return to me. Now since 07.05.2016 the parcel is withmeatmyhome.

                Finalnotice:
                This is to inform you that if the goods was not taken from my house and replace teh same as per my requirment then i will go into the court of law and all damages will born by you.

                      I had purchased a power bank worth rs 900 from ebazaar ninja website
                      back in nov-2015, after successful payment and confirmation regarding
                      order generation, i waited for a week time for any communication regarding the despatch, but when there was no response i used to call them they said they are unable to deliver to the said address, i requested them several times for refund but they are only delaying,

                      I suggest not to shop any thing from them they are mere cheaters and fraud people.

                          On 11th may 2016 i placed an order of mi power bank. I receive order confirmation. On 12th may 2016 i call them as ususal they dont pick call or answer. So i dropped them email saying that please cancel my order. As i dont want to purchase this. I receive an sms that your package will be delivered in this much time. Then i call on that number which was mentioned in message.Informing them that please dont deliver i dont need it.

                          As i was busy and out of station. Package is delivered at home. Parents pay the person without consulting me. As i was assured it might have been cancelled. As i had dropped email and told them even on phone

                          Now also i m contacting them on phone and dropping email since 2 days.

                          Buy they are not responding or answering my query through mail that why they have delivered the package when it was cancelled by email and phone calls

                          I m attaching the image as proof

                          Worst company ever please donot waste money

                          They are not picking calls or reverting by email

                            I had orderer an mi 10400mah powerbank from ebazaar. Ninja with order no. Oid83981.
                            The website showed images of original mi product due to which i proceeded to buy it.
                            On reception, when i opened the ebazaar packaging there was no mi packaging. It was just a fake powerbank wrapped in bubblewrap.
                            Ebazaar is not replying to my emails nor are they available on customer care. I do not know what to do.

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered(Order # OID27369) MI Powerbank on Jan 21 and received duplicate product on Jan 25. on the say day itself, i have asked them to schedule for the reverse pickup and return the money. I have been following with them from almost 4 months now. I always get this response that reverse pickup has been scheduled and product will be picked up in 5-7 days.

                              Even i have registered complain(complain # 1599) with them. Still no response on this.
                              I am attaching the screenshot of the complain details and the order details.

                              Can you help on this matter. Website like these needs to be banned and punished as it is also damaging the brand Mi.

                                I had ordered an mi 20000 mah power bank vide order no oid 49161 and it was delivered to me. However on opening the package i found that it is a cheap fake product. Hence i contacted them and demanded to return the item. The item was picked up on 18 mar 2016 and it was confirmed to me that i has been received. I have sent them all the necessary documents needed for refund, however till date no refund has been made and the contact number, which used to be very prompt while ordering, is not being picked up at all, and they refuse to reply to the e mails that i have sent. I am convinced that this company is a fraud one and their merchandise also are fake please beware of their offers!

                                  Purchased mi 10400 power bank and i got a defective and fake product. Got an email on 30 april 2016 that it will be exchanged within 7 working days but its been 11 days but no response from ebazar. Its totally a fake company. The products which they sell are completely fake and its a shame to the company cheating the indian customers. We need to curb these kind of fake owners and websites.

                                    I purchased one power bank on 27-feb-2016 but it is not working properly. I was filled the complaint after one week of purchased and they told me that they will send executive within 7 days but they did not send any executive and also i got message on 17 april 2016 that your order id oid44613 has been delivered to your address and i did not get anything. Still i did not get any response from them please let me know asap when it will get fix.

                                    I have bought an MI power bank with COD for 599 Rs. It was a duplicate product. I contacted them get rid of this. There is a customer care number to contact them. No one will pick the calls. It is cheating us.

                                        Dublicate product and do not work at all.

                                        i want to request for a complete refund.
                                        i received by order on 4th of may and since then i am trying to contact them.
                                        their email response is all automated one and their phone number is always out of service.
                                        product has 6 months warranty but the product was supposed to be mi powerbank and the product i received is a fake roadside one.
