Dear team,
I don’t understand whom to address, for the faulty product received at my doorstep.
I have complain about the same to your service department, ticket has been generated 11 days back,
Matter of surprise started from last 3 days, your team is closing the tickets from remote location frequently, without resolving the same. Check the trail mail to understand the scenario,
Can you pls suggest the way forward. Or whom to address this issue to get this resolved.

You are requested to refund the money as i have received, a vault product.
I have tried to contact your customer care. No one responses, i have registered voice msg. Still no response.
It is understood that the after sales service is poor.

Neither i have been contacted nor product has been picked up.
