Pl refer to my order id OID18924 I received your EB 10400 MH POWER BANK on 28.12.15 at about 1600 hrs FOR RS. 599 IN PLACE OF XIAOMI WHICH IS against my expectation. It is duplicate product. IN POWER BANK AND INVOICE DATE issued on 19.12.15, NO DETAIL IS MENTIONED ABOUT XIAOMI AS SHOWN WHILE ODERING THE PRODUCT. Hence I have been cheated. In view of the above, it is requested to refund my money to the respective bank account and arrange for pickup the item for returning the same. I am waiting for your response early. I am a new customer, and i feel you will provide exemplary service to maintain your reputation as i received the wrong product. I several times contacted over mail and customer care number but no one is responding my call or mail. If reply does not received within two days then I will move for consumer court for which Ebazar Ninja will be fully liable. Yours Wishvesh

Pl refer to my order id OID18924 I received your EB 10400 MH POWER BANK on 28.12.15 at about 1600 hrs FOR RS. 599 IN PLACE OF XIAOMI WHICH IS against my expectation. It is duplicate product. IN POWER BANK AND INVOICE DATE issued on 19.12.15, NO DETAIL IS MENTIONED ABOUT XIAOMI AS SHOWN WHILE ODERING THE PRODUCT. Hence I have been cheated.     Hi Team, I have purchased one Mi 20800 Power Bank through ebazar.ninja.com vide order Id OID19392 and Invoice dated 22.12.2015. But the product is fake and not a genuine Mi product. I cannot afford fake products which can endanger my life even. I, therefore requested the supplier through their consumer support at [protected] who told me to send a mail at "[protected]@ebazar.ninja". Though I sent three mails but no response has been received till date. My request is that the fake product be taken back immediately and my money refunded besides paying me compensation.

        I have ordered for smallest power bank 8000mAH ( EB-PB8000) with pink colour from web site on date 06/12/2015 with prepayment made by internet gateway. After a long wait i got it delivered at my place on 22/12/2015. after receiving the product, i found that the product has following specification which is not the specification i have ordered 1) the power bank box clearly mentions it of 5000mAH and not 8000mAH as ordered. 2) The power bank delivered is of silver colour and not pink as ordered by me. 3) The power bank automatically switches off without completely charging my mobile or even camera.

            I have bought Mi power bank(10400 Mha) from ebazar at Rs 599/-. Got the faulty product. Only 1 mobile of 2000Mha can be charged by the power bank even after the power bank has the full charge. after complaining they took th eproduct for repairing. Again I have got the same problem. Now customer care is not replying to my mail.

                I've ordered for MI Power Bank one week ago. It took one week time to deliver the product. After opening the cover of the product i found that it was fake one and i've tried using it once, for one complete charge power bank is not able to produce any more power.                 I bought a power bank from this site. It is damaged n don't charge properly. Even it looks like being used. I tried so many times to contact them on which the no. Provided but they didn't reply yet..their return policy is within 48 hrs of receiving the products.. Helpless to contact them..plz help me out

                  Mr Parmider Singh the concerned authority from eBazar Ninja had contacted me over phone in the last half hour. He has assured me that a replacement duly checked for quality will be disptached and the original defective piece will be collected from me.

                  I now await the receipt of the replacement and will provide an update on this site once I receive the same.

                    I have buy spy pen cam from this website Ebazar.ninja. rs. 1080. After receiving this pen cam parcel, opened and it will not be worked. i have talk with companys executives they says after 2 or 3 working days you will gets help for that and after 3 days they says its not our policy to instruct you or not any guarantee warantee for it. and not relpy me properly for how to use and operate, , , and it is only 4gb pen drives not much more than that. i compaint to company ebazar.ninja but theyare says its not our duty. and in parcel also not any instructions regarding operating and charging, use etc. order id: OID9720 parcel receive on : 11/11/2015

                            The last three weeks of my life have been proved to be very pathetic just because of your irresponsibilty towards your customers. First of all, BOSS ! YOUR SERVICES SUCKS !! None of your agents pick up the customer care line and if somehow she does... NO RESULT IS FOUND. I have been a victim of your fake services and company since three weeks. I ordered an MI 10400 MAH Power bank which proved to be a fake one. Just after 2 hrs. Of recieving it...I brought that into your knowledge. I am that fed up with you people that i tried to contact you tgrough any possible way i could. Be it facebook, whats app, calls, mails and so on ! But SERIOUSLY !! That is how you support your customers . Your time period of 48hrs. Has proved somewhat around 3 weeks for me and yeah that sounds STRANGE and IRRITABLE to me. If i want the product to be sent back and my money get refunded, that should be your priority work.If you cant do that..then i would request you to PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPANY. Though after 2 weeks the product was picked up by the pick up services but then again it has been a week since then. No update from your side has proved to be helpful for me yet ! The same pathetic e mail reply is enough to irritate your customers. I NEED MY MONEY BACK ! Now your agents are holding the product as well as my hard earned money and that won't take long for me to sue you. It would be better to provide a contact of a reasonable man in your company instead of someone who is not at all responsible. You have tested my patience a lot and believe me i have the support of other customers also who are ready to sue you happily. Don't expect that i wont be abusing you on the next call.                               First of all they force you to return the product by post ! SERIOUSLY ! Isnt it your job ! Somehow i managed them to pick up the fake product from me that too after 2 weeks of the complaint.
                              And after this also..1 week has passed and there is no updation from their side regarding my refund.
                              Now they have the product (power bank) as well as my money.
                              I am into the thought of dragging them to consumer court and cyber crime !

                              I hv also 7 days back purchased the power bank my id no. Is OID 28153. I also got faulty power bank. Nobody from company is responding.
                              Pl help by giving some consumer complaints no.
                              I received a fake MI Power bank as well. They replaced it with another fake. Now no one receives my calls and I got some ridiculous email about crossing the 48 hour window.

                              I posted comments on their FB page, which they deleted. When I filed a complaint here, I saw many similar complaints, most of them related to fake MI power banks only.

                              How do they continue doing this? Is there a way to get the contact of the company's CEO/ leadership team to talk to them?

                              Pen drive spy camera not working and called to toll free number no one is responded I am going out in A court

                              We have purchased pen drive spy camera which is not working and immediately called to customer care voice is recorded and second day also same thing and we thought that these people are cheaters and we are preparing to put case on Consumer court plz don't bye any product from these people
                              Please do not purchase any thing from Ebazaar Ninja, I have ordered MI Power bank they have send by duplicate product.

                              This is a fraudulent company i called their customer care spoke to one of their representative Ms. Priyanka who after attending the call said you need to call back again as their system is not working fine & kept on hold for 05 mins asked my order no. OID134480 DT. 12/07/16 I told her that the product is not working fine she said you have called after 48 hours now you need courier this product to us i requested her to transfer the line to Sr. Manager she kept my call on hold for another 20 mins & disconnected the call.

                              Even invoice what the give is on sticker half of the information is wiped out. People please don't buy any thing form this company they are cheaters.
                              BIG FRAUDULENT COMPANY, They are taking the Hard money of people & selling the duplicate product, This company has to be shut down ASAP & the CEO who is running this company should be punished in cheating customer. This kind of FRAUD is really not at all acceptable.

                              My money is blocked. They have duplicate products and cheating people. Please help

After consultation with my colleagues i came to find out that such kind of product is not available with MI company. I had already sent a mail regarding cancellation of this particular order and also their no respond from customer care ([protected]) for above mentioned online site.

                                      Hi dear i have placed an order id is OID3094 a power bank on 18/08/15 and its dispatched on 20/08/15 by dtdc. i check the parcel status on 25/08/15 then provide me parcel airway bill no and told me that order out for delevery. and next day his status update that the parcel delevered on 21/08/15. now item is not received and nobody not replied. pls do needful or refund my amount. rahul singh

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased Spy Camera Watch 4gb Stylish Steel DVR Watch Ebazar.ninja with order id OID973 on 09.05.2015 worth of INR 1599/- and product delivered to me on 11.05.15. After, 2 days I had checked the product and found few problems as follows. 1) USB is not connecting with system, showing disk insert problem 2) Light is not blinking while taking the photo, don't know whether photo comes or not 3) in the ad by mail shown a voice recorder key, but the product don't have that. don't know whether voice will record or not in the videos So, immediately I called on ebazar.ninja contact number [protected] which responded by Mr.Ankith Jain and after listening my problem he told me that I will call you back after 10minutes. But, not at all received any call and from that day onwards no one is responding for my calls and emails. I also have phone call data of my phone as I called them. Please look into the issue and do the needful.
