For 2 weeks ago I got my fan malfunctioned. I contacted the branch from which I purchased it they told that a person will contact you within 2 days. After one week I called them again and asked for the that's guys number that to I have to call them 3-4 times until they respond to it. Very bad about it. When I contacted that guy he asked for the complaint id and warranty I have the details and he told will come in two days and that part they don't have it. After one week I called today still is complaining that the company has not yet delivered it to him and will take another two days. I really don't know is it the reputed company's mismanagement or careless to its customers or is it the person delaying it. Please resolve the issue. Will be attaching the complaint id for your reference

Ceiling fan is under warranty period and it is very slow.. Not running properly.

An axial flow fan remi 150mm decor burnt within warranty period. Needs replacement. Not getting support from local centre

An 150 mm axial.remi decor model fan burnt within 9 months. It is under 2 years warranty. The dealer, location service franchise and Ahmedabad remi service centre are not supporting. I have called WhatsApped several times.

There was debit of Rs 3349 with installment in the month March 2022. The loan account number is 400REMHW285973. These deductions were done without my consent or approval and I demand full refund of my money. Your customer services are also unavailable

This C24 plus Centrifuze (which was purchased through GeM) has 3 different rotors with various volumes of centrifuge tubes. Koshal Enterprises, Japur has provided the wrong rotors which are not fitted with this machine. I am unable to use the 15 ml rotor (R244M) anymore as the size of the rotors is big and not fitted with the space provided. So, it became non-useful for me.
This item was installed in our University April 2021. So, the machine is still under warranty. I have personally contacted the concerned person as well as the customer service of the Remi group, but nothing happened till date. As this is Central Government Institute, so plz take necessary steps as soon as possible.

My fan is making lot of noise. Can it be repaired or replaced

I have purchase Wall Fan of Remi on September 2020 and I have warranty card. The fan creating lot of sound while running and when I went to shop for this, they said to complaint directly to Remi. Till today trying to contact Remi Company for this, but no one is answering the call.

I need my remi speed control switch assembly replaced

Remi fans in warangal, Telangana stata, is not providing proper service to the customers tjey are not attending their work to be done .so l kindly request you to replace the service man or take the action on them.

Remi 9 inch exhaust fan bought in June 2020 stopped working. No response from services person despite repeated Calls.

No proper response from the workers to us, and also not even bothering about the urgency and the importance of our mobile phone requirement .

Its not been working properly due to the motor jam and its not functioning properly.

Here is i am booking the complaint regarding the person names prudhvi, who is handling the machine deals from hyderbad AND his manager, name i dont know,
firstly we had talk regarding the machine prp ultra, it was clear during that time only that i will be using my vacutaner tubes.
he initially rejected that he can not assure me the result, then he goes on explaining me that tube size is small it wont fit in tube bucket.
i said many doctors were using the machine, not the dr, prp tubes, in same fashion i will be doing the thing.then he said okey this is all like month back.
first payment done.during that period, and second payment(final payment)was done on saturday,
now the concern person asking me about dr.prp tubes, again
when the same thing i replied, his dilogue was same, when i sent him the video of a doctor using the same machine with vacutainer tubes,
to fix RA501 -4 tubes, he is asking me to pay extra rs1652.
was asked him to deliver the machine before 15/12/20
but the joke is he is still asking me to mail regarding the same, then he will forward it to company.
