I recently purchased MI Power Bank 10400 & received on 14th October. I was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. It's not charging cell phone or i have doubt that it's not getting charged itself. Also packaging was not good. seems like it's already used product. It is more than a week since i reported this issue & called many times as well but no response from anyone.
