Dear Sir, My order number is "OID41300". I ordered the mi power bank from ninja on 23/02/2015 and the same is received on 26/02/2015. I found that the product is duplicate and it is not working. I tried to call customer care number many times but no one picked the call. Also no one is responding to my emails as well. It seems to be a fraud company and immediate... eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 03, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated customer product reverse pick up , once we will receive the product we will initiate the replacement.
Verified Support Jun 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response customer replaced product delivered ,so we are closing the case from our side.

Dear sir,we purchase a product power bank mi 10400 by ebazae.ninza. my order id- OID85376. we recieved this product bt not recieved Charging Cable in this box. i compaint in ebazar.ninza for this matter bt still not recieved any response fron ebazar.ninza.
