I had ordered a Xiaomi 10400 MaH on 24th Dec'15 which got delivered on 28th Dec'15. It turned out to be a fake product.
On complaining about it, I got a replacement around 2nd Jan'16 which turned out to be a fake again. Then the challenge began in terms of reaching their customer care number and convincing them to refund my money, if I was able to get through. One customer care executive promised he would facilitate the refund and get the fake product picked, when I threatened to amplify this on social media.
Then I received an email from them which said they can't do anything because I have crossed the 48 hour window to report a return.
Ever since then, no one takes my calls at their customer care number. The IVR says someone will get back, but no one calls back. There has been no responses to my emails. I posted something on their facebook wall, which they did not read for a long time. So I went back and tagged them in the post, to bring it to their notice. So they deleted my comments.
I would like them to collect the fake product from my place, refund my money and stop selling fake products.
