[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Fake power bank and no after sales customer service | |||||
I purchased an mi 10400 mah power bank for rs 599 which was delivered to me on 4th june 2016, however the same is a fake product of the mi power bank whereas the company claims that it sells 100% original products, i had purchased the product through a guest account and thereby i have not been able to return the product. Since the product was received on saturday evening and the company remains closed on sunday i have been trying to contact them on there customer care no ever since and the call gets disconnected every time with an acknowledgment that i had called them and they will get back with me at the earliest but i am yet to receive any call from there end and thereby i have not been able to return the product and get my refund. Kindly help me out so that i can get my refund.
