I've ordered for MI Power Bank one week ago. It took one week time to deliver the product. After opening the cover of the product i found that it was fake one and i've tried using it once, for one complete charge power bank is not able to produce any more power. I've sent a complaint against my problem to inquiry team 48 hours ago. But no one is responding. Requesting your support on this. Updated by Venkat Kuncham At the time when i purchased they said they will be replacing or refund the amount associated with this product.But now after 1 month i found the product is not working at all. When i drooped a mail for refund of my amount, i got a very kind reply saying that as you've crossed the grace period hence, you have to send the product to mentioned address for repair(Not Replacement) and also refund would not be possible.If i don't get my money i'm going to file a complaint on this eCommerce business as you are violating the rules as well as torturing customers mentally.
