Hi, I ordered 2 xiaomi power banks (20800 mah each). They have been delivered today (May 21 2016) and they are fake; order id: oid90058. I tried talking to the customer care executive and dropped an e-mail as well but in vain. I cross checked the device authenticity suggested on following link and xiaomi does not have a 20800 mah variant: https://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/ Request you to help me get a refund at the earliest.
