I had ordered mi powerbank (Order id: oid[protected] mah in just 930 rs., which costs 980 rs. I have added coupon discount of 50 rs. But after receiving my order i came to know that the powerbank is duplicate and the usb cable is also fake. My emial id - [protected]@gmail.com My order id - oid99138 Contact no - [protected] There may be a sellers who have posted these kind of fake products, but its companies responsibility to provide genuine products to its users. Aug 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated the replacement , will get it within 5-7 working days .
Verified Support Jul 02, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response as per customer complain we have replaced the product , so we are closing the case from our side.

After 3-4 days a courier guy came to my house to take back that powerbank, He gave me one receipt. But after that their is no call or email from eBazar ninja.
I dont want replacement, I want my money back without any kind of deduction.
