Ebazar Ninja — Initiation of refund for wrong product delivered | |||||
Pl refer to my order id OID18924 I received your EB 10400 MH POWER BANK on 28.12.15 at about 1600 hrs FOR RS. 599 IN PLACE OF XIAOMI WHICH IS against my expectation. It is duplicate product. IN POWER BANK AND INVOICE DATE issued on 19.12.15, NO DETAIL IS MENTIONED ABOUT XIAOMI AS SHOWN WHILE ODERING THE PRODUCT. Hence I have been cheated. In view of the above, it is requested to refund my money to the respective bank account and arrange for pickup the item for returning the same. I am waiting for your response early. I am a new customer, and i feel you will provide exemplary service to maintain your reputation as i received the wrong product. I several times contacted over mail and customer care number but no one is responding my call or mail.
