Dear sir, This is to inform you that i have made an order of mi power bank - 20800 mah vide order id - oid108063 through ebazar site www. Ebazar. Ninja/ on 10 june 2016 and the same has been received by me on 16 june 2016 at 11:00 am. However, the product that has been received by me was defective and was not in working condition. The same was communicated to them several times on their mail id ([protected]@ebazar. Ninja) and many telephone calls were made on their customer care number (+91 [protected] and +91 [protected]) which were inattentive and till date i haven't got any response from their side. (Copy of mail is enclosed for your reference) So request you to please look into the matter and help me to get a refund of rs. 980 /- that has been paid by me. Please do the needful. Called from Phone number : +91 1165181873 eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 02, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we havent receive the product yet , once we will receive the product we will proceed further.
Verified Support Jul 04, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have receive the product , once we will receive bank account details we will initiate refund.
Verified Support Jul 08, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated refund from our side will get it asap.

we are arranging the reverse pick once the product will received at our end we will proceed for your refund.
The bank details have already been mailed to you July 4, 2016. Please initiate refund of the same.

Sir, i am still awaiting for your response on this and moreover to get back the refund. I am continuously trying to reach you but the response is not proper. Apart from that, Since i have already sent back the product, there is erroneously delay in refunding the amount. So, Request you to please consider my plea and initiate the process fast.
