OID 19390 dt.22.12.2015, POD ref.[protected], Delhivery Courier. eBazar is setting a new benchmark on non-performance and Customer dodging. About 20 phone calls have been made and every time they say "it is handed over to the Courier and will reach you in 4-5 days". Then they say, it has been escalated and by now it should be on top of Himalayas after so many "escalations". They also instruct us to send emails or WhatsApp on what is our concern (as if they do not know). Pat reply comes, it will be answered in 24 or 48 hours. I am shocked to read that, they send fake, wrong products and does not bother to address it. Also, their Terms of Policy is only on how they are "not responsible" for anything and covers what others have to do ! There is no mention on how Customer grievances are addressed for eBazar defaults. Can I have this resolved immediately ? Was this information helpful? | |||
