Received the duplicate product hence need refund for the he same. Order details our Order has been shipped, find given details below: → Order ID - OID57537 → Product - EB 10400 MH Powerbank → POD No. - [protected] → Logistic Partner - Aramex I received the product on 28/03/2016. eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response customer product reverse pickup was initiated , once we will receive the product we will initiate the refund.
Verified Support Jun 29, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we really apologise for the inconvenience we have received bank details we will initiate the refund asap.
Verified Support Jul 02, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response as per customer complain we have refund the amount , so we are closing the case from our side.
